COVERED GOODS
Certain products of Canada set forth in the Annex are excluded from importation. The Federal Register publishes the Annex as images, so the HTS lines are not listed here; see the source.
EXCLUSIONS
Products subject to the ban that were imported, but not entered for consumption or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, before September 29, 2026 remain subject to the 50 percent duty rate established by Proclamation 11047. If the import ban is invalidated for an import, the 50 percent duty applies to that import.
WHAT TO DO (OUR GUIDANCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE)
Check Canadian SKUs against the Annex before September 29 and stop planning entries for covered items. For covered goods imported before September 29 but not entered, expect Proclamation 11047's 50 percent duty rather than the ban.
