COVERED GOODS

Products of Switzerland or Liechtenstein are subject to the higher of the MFN rate or 15 percent, with listed exemptions for PTAAP goods, civil aircraft and parts, and non-patented pharmaceutical articles. New Chapter 99 headings 9903.02.82 through 9903.02.91 implement the treatment.

EXCLUSIONS

Products described in headings 9903.01.30 through 9903.01.33, 9903.02.78, 9903.01.34 and 9903.02.01 are excepted as stated. Annex I/PTAAP goods, civil aircraft items, and non-patented pharmaceutical articles are exempted from the reciprocal tariff if they meet the listed HTS and scope limits.

WHAT TO DO (OUR GUIDANCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE)

For Swiss or Liechtenstein goods, confirm the Column 1 General rate and whether the product is covered by new headings 9903.02.82 through 9903.02.91 or an exemption list. Review entries since November 14, 2025 and work with your broker on any refunds if duties were collected.
