Implements U.S.-EU tariff deal for EU autos, aircraft, resources and generic pharmaceuticals

This notice gave EU autos and parts a 15 percent combined Section 232 rate and exempted EU civil aircraft from Section 232 metal duties; both continue. Its exemptions of listed resources, aircraft and generic pharmaceuticals from IEEPA reciprocal duties lost effect when those duties ended in February 2026.
