USTR extends 164 existing China Section 301 product exclusions and 14 solar manufacturing equipment exclusions for three months. Eligible goods entered from June 1, 2025 through August 31, 2025 remain excluded from the additional duties.

EXCLUSIONS
The extended exclusions are available for any product that meets the product exclusion description under headings 9903.88.69 or 9903.88.70.
