COVERED GOODS
Products of China in the List 4A subheadings (chapters 01 to 97). Chapters and product families are computed from the 8-digit subheadings in the list's annexes as published. Later notices moved some lines (HTS revisions, exclusions, the 2024 four-year review), so the binding list is U.S. note 20 to subchapter III of chapter 99 of the current HTSUS.
WHAT TO DO (OUR GUIDANCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE)
Check each China-origin SKU's 8-digit HTS code against List 4A in U.S. note 20 to chapter 99 of the current HTSUS (USITC HTS search) and keep the Section 301 duty in landed cost and quotes. Check the 178 exclusions extended to November 9, 2026 (fr-2025-21671) before you pay or reprice.
