Russia sanctions law duties (500% on Russian goods) set and waived at once
Executive Order 14436 implements the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026. It states a 500% duty increase on goods from Russia and 100% on goods from the top 5 importers of Russian oil and gas and the top 5 facilitators of sanctions evasion, and in the same order waives all of those duties. The waivers stay until the President or the Secretary of State decides further action is appropriate, so no duty is collected today.
