WHAT TO DO (OUR GUIDANCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE)

EO 14309 (signed June 16, 2025) sets a 100,000 vehicle UK auto quota at a combined 10 percent and 10 percent total on qualifying UK auto parts under Section 232; only its civil aircraft relief from EO 14257 touched IEEPA, and CBP CSMS 69087399 of June 29, 2026 still applies the 10 percent UK parts rate.
