The order raises the reciprocal tariff rate for China, including Hong Kong and Macau, to 125% for covered entries from April 10, 2025. It also suspends country-specific Annex I rates for 90 days and applies a 10% additional duty to those trading partners, subject to EO 14257 exceptions.

Covered goods are articles from countries covered by EO 14257, with China, Hong Kong and Macau covered under HTS 9903.01.63. The order also suspends HTS 9903.01.43-9903.01.62 and 9903.01.64-9903.01.76 for 90 days.
EXCLUSIONS
Subject to applicable EO 14257 exceptions, products described in HTS 9903.01.26-9903.01.34, and China goods in transit on the final mode before 12:01 a.m. EDT on April 10, 2025.
