COVERED GOODS
Otherwise eligible covered articles described in section 2(a) of Executive Order 14194, with duty-free de minimis treatment under 19 U.S.C. 1321.
EXCLUSIONS
Duty-free de minimis treatment remains available for otherwise eligible covered articles until Commerce notifies the President that systems are in place to process and collect tariff revenue.
WHAT TO DO (OUR GUIDANCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE)
Do not assume de minimis treatment is shut off for covered articles under this order. Track any Commerce notification to the President, because the text says eligibility ceases upon that notification.
