Keeps de minimis treatment temporarily available for China fentanyl tariff goods
This order amends the February 1 China fentanyl duty order so duty-free de minimis treatment remains available for otherwise eligible covered articles. That treatment ends after Commerce notifies the President that systems can fully and quickly process and collect the tariff revenue.

Duty-free de minimis treatment remains available for otherwise eligible covered articles until Commerce notifies the President that adequate collection systems are in place.
WHAT TO DO (OUR GUIDANCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE)
For China shipments using de minimis, monitor for a Commerce notification ending that treatment. Do not assume duty-free de minimis will remain available once that notification occurs.
