COVERED GOODS
Certain flat-rolled steel products clad, plated, or coated with corrosion-resistant metals. Current HTSUS classifications include headings 7210, 7212, 7225 and 7226, and products may also enter under headings 7215, 7217, 7228 and 7229.
EXCLUSIONS
Excludes specified tin, lead, chromium and chromium oxide coated flat-rolled products, certain clad products, certain clad stainless flat-rolled products, and certain products already covered by existing corrosion-resistant steel orders from Taiwan, China or Korea. Commerce will liquidate without AD duties entries from October 7, 2025 through the day before publication of the ITC final injury determinations, and will refund certain UAE retroactive deposits due to a negative critical circumstances determination.
WHAT TO DO (OUR GUIDANCE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE)
Check CORE SKUs against the written scope and listed HTSUS numbers, and identify producer, exporter and country to apply the correct cash deposit rate. For entries in the provisional-measures gap or UAE retroactive critical-circumstances entries, review liquidation and refund treatment stated in the notice.
