EXCLUSIONS
AD does not apply to the provisional-measures gap for entries on or after June 4, 2025 until the day before publication of the ITC final determination. CVD does not apply to the provisional-measures gap for entries on or after February 1, 2025 until the day before publication of the ITC final determination.
